Hi everyone, I’ve been reading about sit-stand desks and am considering setting up a 9am routine, but I’m wondering if it’s really for everyone. Do you think alternating between sitting and standing throughout the day could work for someone who’s already used to sitting most of the time? Or is it a challenge to make the switch?

When I first started, it was difficult to stand for long, but after a few weeks, I started feeling more comfortable with the sit-stand routine. I usually alternate every 30 minutes in the morning, but I don’t stress if I miss a switch. The biggest benefit I’ve noticed is improved posture and fewer aches. If you take it slow and listen to your body, it can definitely work for you!
